General Advices to Patients When Incorporating "Youngflextherapathy"©:
- Do not strain sick/inflamed muscle during recovery;
- Chronic pain means that it occurs after a long period of time of deep tissue muscle inflammation, in certain severe cases, after 10, 20, or even 30 years.
