Advices to Chronic Pain Patients
          General Advices to Patients When Incorporating "Youngflextherapathy"©:    
          
            - Do not strain sick/inflamed muscle during recovery; 
 
            - Chronic pain means that it occurs after a long period of time of deep tissue muscle inflammation, in certain severe cases, after 10, 20, or even 30 years. It then takes a period of time to observe effective healing results, no overnight magic ; it takes time to realize healing result for chronic pain depending upon the seriousness of a chronic pain. Persistent applications of "Youngflextherapathy"© until hidden pain and deep tissue muscle inflammation disappear- the causes for chronic pains . Remember, such deep tissue muscle inflammation even X-rays or MRIs cannot detect;
 
            - Always massage (no rubbing) up to the maximum degree of endurance for pain using thumbs, palm heel or finger tips wherever appropriate for half a minute each spot on inflamed muscles; gentle pressure over joints or spine;
 
            - Apply sparingly  by drops to evenly cover the areas of inflamed muscles;
 
            - Reapply "Youngflextherapathy"© as and when  there is muscle pain/deep tissue muscle inflammation again in order to always limit  chronic pain within  the areas of muscle only; never allowing  such muscle inflammation to spread over onto joints leading eventually to unnecessary joint surgeries; It usually takes much shorter period of time for recovery second time onwards.
